While working off-site to build your residence hall in our factory, a team of on-site workers lays the foundation. That means the timeline from idea to occupancy is only 11 months.

Our process is inherently green, yielding energy-efficient buildings and lower utility costs. We can meet ambitious client sustainability goals, and have produced several LEED Approved designs.
Since our modular units are factory built, stress on campus life is minimal. The GreenFlex system means fewer detours, less mess, and less noise than traditional building methods allow.

When the foundation is ready, the units go in quickly--as much as 4,000 SF of finished space can be installed per day. That means your residence hall will be move-in ready in half the time of traditional building methods.
